Returns
Furniture has to be lived with to be judged. If a piece isn't right once it's home, you have 30 days to send it back.
How it works
Let us know within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a pick-up at a time that suits you. There's nothing to pack and nothing to carry; the same team that delivered it comes to collect it.
Your refund
We refund the full price of the piece to the card you paid with, usually within five working days of the pick-up. Delivery is refunded too when the piece arrived damaged or isn't what you ordered.
The frame is guaranteed
Beyond the return window, every frame carries a 10-year warranty. If a joint loosens or a leg gives, we repair or replace it.
