Delivery
Every piece is made to order in our workshop, so it takes a little longer than a parcel. Ships in 2–4 weeks, and we carry it into the room you choose.
What it costs
Delivery is free on orders over $1,000. Below that, it's a flat $79, however many pieces are in the order.
When it arrives
Allow 2–4 weeks from the day you order. We'll email you when your piece leaves the workshop and again the day before it arrives, with a two-hour window so you aren't waiting in all day.
Into the room you choose
Our drivers bring every piece inside, to the room you want it in, and unwrap it there. Tell us about stairs, lifts or tight doorways when you order and we'll plan for them.
